We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

30 day guarantee begins the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must have been purchased from SiliNOT.com. Refunds from other distributors will follow their return policy. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with our product, please contact us with your issue. Most issues can be resolved with our expert team of crafters. We truly want you to have an amazing experience with this product. If we can not make you satisfied within the 30-day window, we will refund your entire order minus shipping cost. You may be required to return the product to us, at our discretion, in that case a return shipping charge not greater than original shipping charge will be deducted from the return.

BEYOND 30 DAYS:
Returns beyond 30 days will be accepted on a case by case basis.
There will be a return shipping charge (equal to or less than original shipping charge, never greater) deducted from return amount if item is returned for personal reasons beyond 30 days. If the return is due to fault by us, no charge will be deducted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. These items will be marked as such before purchasing. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Sale items are not ineligible for returns (discount code, free shipping, etc. Items not marked final sale). Final Sale items will be not be eligible for return, these items will be marked as such before purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
