Shipping policy

Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is packed and dispatched promptly. During high volume sales, and promotions, order processing will switch to our High Volume Fulfillment Timeline.

High Volume Fulfillment Timeline: Orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days from payment confirmation. 

Standard Shipping: For most orders, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days. Please note that this is an approximate timeframe, and delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors. Shipping time does not include fulfillment time.

Order Tracking: To keep you informed, we provide order tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected during checkout. You can view the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase. 

International Shipping fees: Currently we do not have distributors abroad, all orders are fulfilled from the USA. As such, shipping fees for international orders are higher. We are working with distributors currently to reduce these fees, we hope you understand and stick with us as we grow and expand. All international shipping fees are the exact cost we pay. There is no markup for international shipments.

Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping or have specific delivery instructions, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Support@Silinot.com

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Shipping Partners: We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your orders. However, SiliNOT! is not liable for any unforeseen delays caused by our shipping partners.

Third Party Agents, Freight Forwarding/Cross Border Forwarding: All orders must ship to a residential address, or business address of company placing order. We do not allow shipments to ship through Third Party agents, Freight or Cross Border Forwarding services. Orders where we detect destination is a Third Party agents, Freight or Cross Border Forwarding service, will be canceled and refunded.
